Reeleaf commissioned by City of Nantes, France

Reeleaf has been commissioned by the French city of Nantes to conduct the financial management of its Urban Innovative Action 5 Ponts [Eng: five bridges] project. The project will be implemented under the UIA Urban Poverty priority.

The 5 Ponts project will see the city of Nantes attempt to tackle urban poverty using an innovative full-scale approach. The five bridges in its title symbolise the five dimensions to poverty. The project will see these joined. They are. i.e. jobs, housing, care, inclusion and empowerment.

The project fits in with the mission Nantes has set itself of wanting to be an innovative and sustainable city its inhabitants enjoy living in. One of the aims of the project is to prevent people from becoming homeless and to have all of the city’s inhabitants participate in its well-being.
